1. Eligibility for Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Personalized products

4. Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

5. Refund Options Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
